No. The product is designed to be non-custodial. Your wallet signs every approval and your private keys never leave it.
Does the AI write a new smart contract for every deal?+
No. AI helps structure your terms and map them to approved parameters. Production execution will use independently reviewed, versioned templates—not free-form AI code.
What happens if the parties disagree?+
Every template needs explicit timeout, cancellation, refund and deadlock rules. A configurable dispute adapter is planned after the bilateral escrow flow is tested.
Is the agreement legal advice?+
No. The creation fee buys software configuration and execution tooling. Optional review by qualified counsel will be a separate service.
